Free Debt Relief : Homeo_ What!?!? - part 1
I’ve been reading a lot of books lately about change, and some of the factors that lead to long lasting permanent change as well as the factors that lead to back sliding into old habits. Having tried repeatedly to make changes in my life and failed, I need to figure out how to make change last. I’ve been looking for the answer and I may have found something. Keep in mind, I haven’t processed it all yet but this little idea that may help you get you finances on tract.
Like I said I haven’t processed the idea fully but the basics of it seem to be that we resist change because of the way our brains are designed to work. First the brain doesn’t like change. The brain likes to maintain homeostasis. Homeostasis which basically means “same state†refers to living things organism’s regulating their environment both internal and external to maintain unchanging internal conditions. Examples of the brain , maintaining homeostasis are thing like sweating to cool the body when we get too hot or shivering to generate heat when we get too cold. This resistance to change is unconscious and carries over to other things like the changes we make in our lives.
