Life is full of contradictions. On one hand people say look before you leap and on the other they say he who hesitates is lost. You don’t have to be a genius to see the two ideas contradict each other.

Of course, when you hear this sage advice it’s ususally after you leaped when more looking was called for or hesitated when leaping would have been the right move. Your local sage having the advantage of 20/20 hindsight can’t help but be right. Heck by the time they pass on their wisdom even you know the right answer. What you want is to know the right answer before you make your move. You want a guarantee.

Well, I sorry to tell you there is no guarantee . You do some research ask some questions and then you pay your money and take your chances. The best you can hope for is that you won’t get taken by some scam that is easily avoided.

And while I’m on the topic of no guarantees. Please remember that nobody can guarantee you will get aproved for a loan or credit card. Don’t do business with those who make those guarantees. At the very least check them out with the BBB and your state’s state attorney general before you do business with them and don’t pay any up front fees.
