Free Debt Relief : More Money Saving Energy Tips
I’m still trying to get my house in shape as far as energy consumption is concerned. So I’ve be reading up on energy savings. I figure a penny saved is a penny I can use for debt relief. So here for your saving pleasure are some energy saving tips. Please know that while some of these ideas are not exactly free they will all pay for themselves over time.
* Clean your electrostatic air filter and/or your regular furnace every month a dirty filter restricts air flow and costs you money.
* Another air flow energy saving tip is don’t obstruct registers in a forced air system. Restricted air flow means you are spend more to heat and to cool your home.
* Bake in glass or ceramic cookware you can reduce the temperature 25 degrees and food still cooks in the same time.
* Here’s a weird one unplug counter top appliances when not in use. They draw electricity. I’ll have to try this and see if I see the 5-7 dollar savings a month they claim. Hope I have enough appliances. ![]()
