Here are some tips on getting started on eBay.
- If you haven’t joined eBay by now , go join. Once you’re there and a member go to the home page and click on the sell button at the top of the page . Read the various articles and help items.
- When you have some idea what your doing. Check out the various auctions and see what’s selling and for how much. Do this by logging in and doing a completed auction search. You don’t really care how much things are being listed for you want to know what bids items are getting.
- Now look around your house and find some items with which you wouldn’t mind parting. Check to see if they are getting bids that are going to at least cover the listing fees. Ebay charge you to list an item on a graduated scale. They charge higher initial listing fees for higher initial price. Hopefully all the fees will be covered by the price you get for the item that’s why it is important to do some research.
- When you know what your going to sell and how much you are going to list it for create your auction and list it on eBay.
See if you like it. It may be the start of a part-time business. A part-time business that will help you pay off you debts.
