I hope nobody was offended by my shameless plugging of my wife’s Business yesterday. I’m not going to lose any sleep over it. A man’s got to do what a man’s got to do. And shame it seems to me is a waste of time.

Don’t get me wrong, I sometimes feel embarassed momentarily by things, like my big heap of debt but I don’t let it fester into shame. I screwed up and I am working on the situation. I’ll do my best to not screw up the same way again.

So ditch the shame. There are better uses for your mental and emotional energy. Shame will just weaken you and lead you to make more bad decisions. The road to debt relief isn’t for the weak.
