Being in Debt isn’t what you would call a hoot. In fact , I can’t recall anyone yelling “Yippee ,I’m in a butt load of debt.” Still life goes on even if you are in debt and sometimes if your like me you can find little games you can play to get yourself through the day.

My favorite games include:

• The “Don’t Spend any Money” game. I’m still trying to up my record to 2 weeks.
• The “worst case scenario” game where I make budget busters plans and poke holes in my budget busters plans.
• There’s the “where would I fnd it for less?” game.
• And the ever popular What would I could I do to not need to buy it?” game.

These are just a few of the games I play to keep the mental juices flowing while I’m working on getting out of debt. They aren’t quite as riveting as parcheesi or tiddly winks but they’ll do.
